The Board of Trustee is the highest governing body responsible for the overall direction, policy formulation and long-term sustainability of the school. Members of the Board bring together decades of combined experience in education, administration, finance and community leadership to guide the institution towards the realisation of its vision and mission.

The Board provides strategic oversight of the school's academic standards, financial stewardship and institutional growth, while entrusting the day-to-day running of the school to the Management team. It meets periodically to review performance, approve major policies and ensure that the school remains true to the values on which it was founded.
